We’ve had an issue with our Dell server that was not responding at all. After contacting Dell support, we were advised that an engineer will be available within 1-2 hours. The engineer couldn’t really do much about the issue as he was not sure if it’s a hardware or software related issue. We contacted the company who setup the server but we were told that its’ more than likely a hard disk failure and the server needed to come to their workshop for examinations because they were busy for a technician to come out here. We then contacted Synergy IT Professional and an engineer came out, spent about 4 hours and to my amazement the problems was fixed when I came back from lunch. The server was up and running again. I was very delighted and was not expecting this fast result. We had everything back up and running including our business software, data, and the Internet. All of which rely heavily on the server being up and running. The guy also gave us a very nice advice at preventing what happened at no extra cost. Thank you so much 😊
