As a kid, I observed people helping others to bring real progression into their lives. To pay it forward, today and for the past 10 years, I too have chosen a path to make a difference. In doing so, I provide high quality and people-focused customer support in service desk and desktop capacities with a record of efficiency, achievement and positive feedback.
I have highly developed interpersonal and project management skills that complement my technical expertise in a range of support areas. I’m also particularly passionate about Wintel systems, storage, networking and effective infrastructure management.
